Features 


  • Flexibility in biomass input: Can use multiple types of biomasses as feed material (Fuelwood/Agriculture residues/ industrial wastes like sawdust or rice husk etc.), is a unique feature of the system. 
  • Producer gas with zero tar: The ATS gasifier employs a tar cracker unit that produces tar-free high-quality fuel.  
  • Low maintenance: ATS gasifier employs a compact dry-cleaning system (does not use cleaning systems such as bag-house filters, wet scrubbers, etc.)

For Thermal Energy Requirement

ATSG system produces high calorific value syngas, which can efficiently be used to meet the thermal energy requirement of the industries.

  • ATSG produces high calorific value gas (1200-1300 kcal/Nm3), at 600 °C, which can be used for heating process requirements in industries
  • Energy has the expertise to design high efficient syngas burners ranging the capacity from 10 kW to 1 MW (thermal input).
  • The furnace temperature can reach up to 1200 °C.

For Green Hydrogen Production

Features 


  • ATS Gasifier can produce high hydrogen content syngas through biomass -steam gasification process. It is a potential technology for green hydrogen production.
  • The hydrogen content in syngas through biomass-steam gasification is in the range of 30-35%. 
  • The production cost of hydrogen will be less than one dollar, through ATS Biomass steam-gasification technology and the PSA method.


Usage


  • Green hydrogen produced through ATS biomass-steam gasification can be stored and used in a fuel cell for power generation.
  • Can be used for clean transport by hydrogen-fuelled IC engines.
  • Green hydrogen production from ATS biomass-steam gasification is efficient utilization of locally available biomass and can be used to provide clean transport at the grass-root level.
